Annual Home Tour
"The Woodland Heights Annual Home Tour" is our biggest event of the year. We proudly showcase our finest historical homes to the community. We also take the opportunity to display our appreciation to the home owners for their dedication, and hard work, in bringing back to life a splendid addition to our neighborhood. Many of the homes featured in our tours were vacant or in badly need of repairs. Some were in danger of condemnation and demolition. For each one of the homes we lose, we lose a piece of our history and identity. We consider the protection of these historical homes central to our mission of preserving, building, and promoting Woodland Heights as a desirable and family friendly place to live.
We are excited to announce this year's home tour is scheduled for June 7 & 8, from noon to 5pm. Tickets are ten dollars and are available for purchase at the following participating businesses:

Featured Homes
Five families have graciously accepted our invitation to open their beautiful homes to the public. This year's home tour has a nice selection of bungalows, Victorians and cottages reflecting the wide variety of housing available in our neighborhood. One of the homes continues the trend of reconverting huge homes back to single-family dwellings. Many of the homes feature lovely landscaped lawns and gardens. The garden at 1876 N Douglas will be open and available for viewing during the tour. We thank all the homeowners participating in the tour.
